The Rise to Shine Education Foundation continues to see positive results from its scholarship program, with students enrolled in various junior secondary schools performing well academically. As the midterm break begins, the Foundation is pleased to report that the children had a productive study period, with no incidents reported, reflecting their discipline and dedication to learning.

The foundation remains committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of a child’s education. This term, the Foundation successfully paid school fees for 36 junior secondary school students—15 from Elgeyo Marakwet and 21 from island regions such as Mfangano and Ngodhe. For many of these children, accessing quality education would have been a challenge due to financial hardships faced by their families.
By covering their tuition costs, the Foundation has lifted a significant burden, allowing them to focus entirely on their studies. This support is not just about paying fees; it is about investing in their future, empowering them to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams without worry.
Beyond academics, the scholarship program is not just about covering school fees; it is about fostering a culture of excellence, resilience, and opportunity. The students have demonstrated a strong commitment to their studies, and the Foundation is confident that their efforts will reflect positively in their end-of-term evaluations.
To ensure continuous academic success, the children’s performance will be thoroughly assessed based on their end-term reports. This evaluation will help determine areas of improvement and ensure that each student receives the necessary support to excel further. The Foundation remains committed to monitoring their progress closely, offering mentorship, and addressing any challenges they may face.
As these young learners enjoy their well-deserved midterm break, Rise to Shine Education
Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to empower them through education. By providing access to quality schooling and academic support, the Foundation is nurturing future leaders who will positively impact their communities. The journey of transformation continues, and with each milestone, the vision of a brighter future becomes even clearer.
