A Season of Growth: Celebrating Progress and Welcoming New Scholars

As schools close for the term, the atmosphere at Rise to Shine Education Foundation is filled with pride and gratitude. Our scholarship students have completed another chapter in their educational journey, and their progress reports have been shared with their sponsors. These reports tell stories of effort, resilience, and determination are proof that every investment in a child’s education is an investment in a brighter future.

For many of these students, the term has been a mix of challenges and triumphs. Some have shown remarkable improvement, while others are still finding their rhythm. What matters most is that each one continues to grow, supported by a community that believes in their potential. The joy and hope reflected in their results remind us why we do what we do in order to give every child the chance to rise and shine.

As we celebrate these achievements, RTSEF is also looking ahead. This season marks an

exciting new phase as we prepare to select the next cohort of scholarship beneficiaries. Special focus will be on learners in Grade six and Grade nine who are sitting for their national examinations this year. These critical transition stages often determine the direction of a student’s future, and our goal is to ensure that deserving children are not left behind because of financial constraints.

Our team is working closely with schools and communities to identify bright, needy students

who show promise and commitment. The process is guided by fairness, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn.
